Went on 14th March, Dr did not turn up, although experiences with dr's in this surgery have been good, great doctors, rude receptionists, appointment times of two to three weeks are unrealistic so always end up going to the walk in centre.
Receptionist argue with you on the phone and one slammed the phone down on me, I did not swear at her, she was the one shouting believe it or not, then threatened to give me a "routine appointment"
Good doctors, rubbish receptionists, they spoil the whole surgery

its the worst practice ive ever come across , you try to book a appointment for a child and they give you an an appointment for 2 weeks time.
