Receptionists act bored and have no phone manners at all. Before they will even give you an appointment to see the doctor they insist on knowing exactly why you want to see the GP... Last time I checked receptionists aren't medically qualified are they? I don't know any other practice that does this, its very very odd. When you refuse to answer the sensitive nature of why you would like to see a GP and not tell your medical woes to a receptionist they get defensive and difficult. Its very boring.

a clean practice since it has been refurbished at great expense, but doctors are detached, distant ,aloof and appear rushed and disinterested!,some reception staff act rather suoerior and impatient(one was very short, sharp and rude to an older lady patient who was hard of hearing and struggling with other disabling ailments) We do understand the need to be detached, however, dont expect friendliness!
