I found The Chelsea Practice receptionist staff very helpful and informative, I have just moved to the area and was registering as a new patient.
When I saw the nurse Jasmine she informed me I was eligible for a once in a lifetime pneumonia injection which I was not aware of until seeing her also she checked I had information about every other service I was eligible for so I can only say I am very satisfied so far with the care I have received from all the staff at The Chelsea Practice.
I have seen some very negative comments about the reception staff and medical team and they were certainly not the friendly and helpful peole I dealt with on my three visits there
