I'm very unhappy with the Albany practice.
I have now moved out to Ealing and thanks to this I have a new doctor.
I wish I could say who was my doctor but because of replacement I'm not sure who it was.
Honestly I'm rarely sick.
Basically I had pain chest which where completely dismissed by the doctor. I was not provided with any kind of advise (yes I say advice, not even treatment). I was properly treated in Ealing
My girlfriend couldn't hear properly because her ear was blocked. Ok it's no serious but if you are deaf for 3 month from one ear you would understand. She was advised to unblock it by herself or to come back when she will have an infection (nice...). Well, I'm not a doctor but I can tell you in France, Poland etc all doctor never advise their
customer to unblock their ear themselves because they could risk damaging it permanently.
I felt the main goal of the doctor was to get rid off you as soon as possible.
I may have been unlucky but this is my experience.

i find dr baxter a lovely doctor , he has been brillant and sits and chats he does not rush you out the door like some doctors do ,he was so lovely to my son joseph ,what a credit to the pratice.doctors like him need to be recognised and thanked for all they do.

Before it was crazy ten years ago the long queues , the botched appointments , the vague reception , it was a good set of German doctors that turned the pactice into what it is today.

The doctors are excellent , my favourite doctor is Doctor Crowe.

A completely proffesional practice , the doctors are well trained and have been consistently expert in their diagnosis of my medical conditions , most notably Dr Baxter and previously Dr Dignan , im stuck as to find setbacks with this particular general practice.
