it was my grandsons 1st birthday party and after much thought we decided to hold the party at mr twisters ..big mistake. the young girl that was to be logans party host was miserable she didnt interact with the children..on arrival we were told our table was in corner next to stairway..it was like a freezin corridor, the table itself would only sit bout 10 people and they had numbers that they was at least 18 children coming, from the table we could not see or hear the children or any of the play area, i found a table nearer to the small section of the soft play and we all sat there we were told this was for another party but not due in til bout 4, the children then had there meal which for the price wouldnt fill a small tooth, 1 little boy told the party host he didnt like ice cream to which she replied "well dont eat it then " this is to a 3 year old shouldnt you have jolly people in there, the atmosphere was a real let down really poorly organised, we returned to our seats to be told we had 15mins left to play , then home time came the party bags were not ready the sweets were not put in bags correctly, my daughter paid well over a #100 for this party and it was a real let down something we will not be repeating next time or any time after, i think personally you should be looking to employ people that can interact with the children...total let down
