On attending for a flu jab I reported to the reception desk. I spoke to a very nice lady who said I could await the Sister. Unfortunately another lady on the desk shouted across the waiting room that I should remove my jacket. As I was wearing a T shirt in order to make it easy for an injection I was rather surprised at this. I noticed that there were no other patients who had been asked to remove their outer garments including ladies who had jumpers on. I sat there with my bad eczema arms bare. I have taken counselling on anger and aggression but how do I handle timidity? I don not want a phone call but a response by email.
