I had an appointment made for me after a visit to the walk in centre. the appoinment was at 11.10, i got to the doctors at 11.00 and booked in. at 11.35 i asked the receptionist how long i would be waiting and was told it was not going to be much longer and an apology was made for the practitioner being behind on the surgery. At 11.45 i asked if i could see someone else and was seen a few minutes later by a doctor. it has not been the first time that i have been made to wait for long periods of time after my appointment which is very dissapointing.
