Have used Jane the Florist now for the last couple of years sinc the new owners took over and have always recieved courtious service and excellent flowers. Which is more than could be said for the previous lot. Not only do they offer excellent fresh flowers but their shop staff are great and their driver is the perfect gentleman He even dressed in a Tuxedo on valentines day when I ordered flowers for my wife, we thought that he might have sung the message to her he was that good. Well done thank you very much. We will always continue to support Good local businesses that keep Fordingbridge High Street alive and with shops to visit. As for the previous reviewer - If they were right? Learn by it - that said - Some people I guess would NEVER be happy what ever you do for them but that's Life!

I cannot express my thanks to the staff who helped me when purchasing a bouquet for my daughter. They were very helpful. I feel priviledged to have such a lovely shop on my doorstep and with staff that care and certainly know their trade.I would certainly use them again.

I was visiting the town and needed some flowers for a friend, i would just like to say how friendly the staff were and they arranged a beautiful bouquet that i had delivered the next day, my friend comented on how fresh the flowers were,and would certainly use them again.

I ordered a £25 bouquet for a colleague that had had a bereavement. When I collected it I realised straight away that 75% of the flowers were wilting. I complained, without arguing, she offered to change it, it was obvious that I was right. I work and I cannot wait around for people to do their job for a second time. It is sad that even though they knew the reason for the bouquet they took the liberty to use second rate flowers.
I will never use them again. I prefer to work with people that take pride in their work and behave decently and honestly. Certainly not the ethos at Jane the Florist.
