terrible..3 month wait for physio.never get seen by same doctor and no treatment offered!!

I find the service from the doctors first class. However the Diabetic clinics are over worked and under resourced. The blood clinic is still unable to book appointments resulting in long delays and time wasted in the waiting room.
As for the administration support they realy do need to come into the 21st century ,learn about emails for communiction and instigate an on line apointment system.

I arrived today at the surgery at 7.50 am to ensure that I could be hopefully one of the first to have my blood test, ( I was third ) taking into account that I was told that tests start at 8.30 at 9.00am the phlebotomist had still not arrived.
This is not the first time this has happened to me, its the second time in 2 weeks, and as of yet I am still waiting to have my test done, I left at 9.05 totally frustrated that not only was I late for work, I am no better off than I was, I now have to wait for Thursday and I'm concerned that the same thing shall happen again, therefor may I ask why times are not adhered to ? I fully appreciate that these people also work at St Margaret's but as there blood tests dont start until 9.00am they surely cant be working there when they are meant to be at your surgery for 8.30.
Apart from this 1 complaint I would say that Keyheath is a very efficient place with super staff, and equally there Doctors are 2nd to none.
Thank You for taking the time to read this but I really did feel let down yet again by the Phlebotomy
department.
