Very hard to get an appointment within 48 hours, your always told to ring back in the morning, what they dont seem to understand is that some people that work cant use the phone in the morning.you never seem to get seen by the same doctor, the nurse seems to know more then the doctors themselves, The doctors are rude and never want to listen to your problems, we are now changing doctors...

I never go to a doctor. Phoned at 12:30 to get an appointment, thinking I'll only get one next week. Great was my astonishment when I was told that I could see one of the Locums at 16:00.

Blyths Meadow is one of the best surgeries I've been to. Being Canadian and growing up with an exceptional health care system, I am quite picky when it comes to choosing a suitable doctor. Blyths Meadow has to be next in line! The kindest and most empathetic doctors at Blyths would have to be Dr. Win, Dr. Morrison and Dr. de Vivo - they all have an excellent bed side manor.

This surgery has completed misinterpreted the 2 day rule. Oh yes, you can always get an appointment within 48 hours of calling, but if you want to make an appointment for a weeks time - you can't do it!! Crazy!!

I tried ringing this surgery 8 times in half an hour from 14:30 - 15:00. For the first 10 minutes I still got the message that they were closed between 13:00 and 14:00. For the next 15 minutes the phone just rang and rang and then the last five minutes it went back to the answer phone message that they were closed between 13:00 and 14:00. I was just trying to let them know some information about one of their patients. I'm glad I'm not with this surgery. I'd be dead before I could get an appointment. I work within the NHS too.
