Caldbeck Surgery is brilliant! Highly efficient and professional but very friendly and relaxed. Sonme examples:
- I rang this afternoon to say that I was organising a visit to the shortly-to-open local children's hospice on Saturday afternoon. Would anyone from the surgery care to come? My call was returned in minutes: one of the practice nurses would love to be there.
- I rang to make an appointment with my G.P. one morning last year. The receptionist asked whether it was urgent. I said, no,not really. There was a pause. Would tomorrow at eleven o'clock be alright!
- My wife saw her GP last week about a particular matter. After that consultation was concluded, the GP paused and then - Is there anything else you would like to enquire about? Tjere was nothing, but that secondary question is the hallmark of a consummate G.P.
