I have been registered at this practice since i were a child and generally dread going due to experiences i have had. like the lady mentioned above the attitude of the reception staff is appalling they are rude, unhelpful and go out of there way to create problems.quite frankly people who attend the doctors arent feeling well and shouldnt have to contend with this level of rudeness.another gripe of mine is the ridiculous appointment allocation, apparently you cant pre-book appointments so are told to ring on the day however if you call bang on surgery opening time its constantly engaged and when you do get through 20 mins later your then told all appointments have gone and theres none avail until such and such a day??how does that work when your told you cant pre book? as a person who isnt at the doctors every week when i do attend its normally for a good reason having said that it strikes me if your a hypo congriac and live in the surgery you will exactly what you want but if not i suggest changing surgeries!!The doctors themselves have been lovely however its the people at the front of the desk that leave a lot to be desired.

I have been a patient of this surgery since i was a small girl, recentley i have found that some of the receptionist to be rude and very unhelpful on several occasions that i have rang,i have just rang and spoke to a receptionist (Not english) and found her attitude to be rude, if she is in this sort of work then she should be more polite and helpful.
