Reply to C: You were probably a group of p*ssed up, abnoxious, rude blokes from the valley's (no wounder you didn't get treated with respect), I've seen groups like that in curry houses many times before. Theres nothing worse than a large group of drunk welshmen.

Customer service dreadful, rude staff, long wait for service (despite having faxed our menu choices in advance) wrong meals supplied-and treated as if our fault (luckily we had a copy of our list with us) not allowed to leave your seat to get a drink-but took 45mins for some in our party to get served their first drink. When clearing the table a waiter arrived with a trolley at one end of the table and asked us to pass our crockery along to him (there were 20 of us)! Saw a table of four leave without completing their meal after complaining so obviously they weren't happy either. Pity because Food tasted nice
