The cheeseboard was a total let down. A disgrace in fact to call it a selection of Welsh cheeses. 3 cheeses only and two of those were similar and quite horrible (Chilli or peppers or something in it and ppor quality cheese itself). There are far better and varied available.
Staff were rushing and the table we were given despite booking many days in advance was right next to the kitchen door, the drinks prep area and the coffee machine. Very disappointed.
Reaction when I complained about the lousy cheese was 'yeah we know'.
Wouldn't bother to go there again with that sort of attitude and customer care
