Appalling attitude by the manageress who told us that "we do not have any tables and you will have to go!!
We had taken my 86year old mother out for Lunch and as previous you can not book. When we arrived there were approx 50% of the tables with reserved signs on them,although a member of staff informed us that they do not take bookings and we would have to wait approx 20mins. This we were prepared to do and we asked for a seat for my mother.While my mother was being helped in to the seat this woman marched up to my sister and made her statement.
WILL NOT BE BACK AND WILL TELL FRIENDS ABOUT THIS OUT BURST
