Stunningly designed, this restarant nestles in the corner of the second floor in Glasgow's exclusive Princes Square. Family owned and operated, Mings is a fusion of Thai, Japanese and chinese cusine and employs three head chefs, one to deal with each type of food. The food itself was perfect. For starters i had barbecue spare ribs which were tender and meaty and covered in a tasty barbecue sauce, served on a bed of lettuce and cucumber. My friend had vegetable spring rolls, which were crispy and fresh and the sweet chilli sauce accompanied them perfectly. For main course i had crispy shredded chicken which was extremely tasty. The rice was fried to perfection, and my friend who opted for chicken chow mein, did not stop singing its praises all the way home. The flavours complemented each other excellently. To finish, we had ice cream. At a very reasonable £22 for a 3 course meal plus two cokes for 2 people at lunch time, this is one experience i cant wait to repeat.
