One of best places to eat out in Rugby---simple as that!!..........However... be warned food preparation and quality do go down at the weekend--- they are simply too busy to finesse their work...so if you want to enjoy this place to the max try early in the evening or even mid-week...every time we have tried this option we have not been disappointed...

We have been to Vermillion a few times now and have never been dissapointed. I cant recommend this aboslute gem of a place enough to spend a lovley relaxing night out. The food is exceptional, good quality and exciting. The atmosphere is relaxed, friendly and on Friday nights entertaining as tghey have musicians playing. The decor is simple and elegant. I have looked on their web site and there is a wine club up and running which sounds good fun and will be giving that a try soon. My best recommendation for this outstanding place to eat is that whenever we have guests and visitors we always make a point of taking them there, now my sister has stated visiting just so she can return. We always have a great night, give it a try you wont be dissapointed.
