Good Points: As a business traveller and having stayed in many hotels of all price ranges, this rates alongside any for cleanliness, facilities, comfort and value for money. A short drive from the NEC but worth it for the peace of the countryside.
Bad Points: No real bad points other than a little tattiness with the decorations, chipped paint where it gets banged or silicone sealer not resealed when accessed. Oh and no beer on tap or in bottles the night I stayed and one(or two)would have gone down a treat.
General review: Very happy and will definitely use again when in the area.

Good Points: Good room and location. Manager responded very well when my internet booking could not be found.
Bad Points: Internet booking not found. Restaurant menu on second night was very limited. (First night there was an excellent menu. Bags of linen stored on fire escape route - poor safety practice?
General review: Discount provided by manager made up for booking in hassle. Enjoyed the stay overall.
