Good Points: Convenience of hotel and ease of booking, nice and helpful proprietor.
Bad Points: Appreciative of being placed on top 'quiet' floor, but not keen on lowness of attic roof at my side of the bed!
General review: The location was ideal for us luckily. The proprietor was able to advise us on suitable pubs as we had heard of the reputation of Whitley bay but not been there before. The breakfast was top quality and we were comfortable and at home throughout.
