Good Points: lovely large room, good location, great breakfast. Bad Points: the bathroom door was very heavy and hard to open (all the fire doors were very heavy. The free Wi-fi was only for one hour per person and there was insufficient signal in our room.

Good Points: HOMELY AND COMFORTABLE. GOOD CHOICE OF FOOD. NICE AND QUIET AT THE BACK OF THE HOTEL. CONVENIENT FOR WALKS ALONG THE THAMES AND TWO MINUTES FROM KEW GARDENS. Bad Points: HAVING TO EAT BREAKFAST IN THE BAR,AS THE DINING AREA WAS FULL, WITH THE ODOURS OF THE PREVIOUS NIGHT'S BEER AND CIGARETTES. General Review: APART FROM THE ABOVE, THE STAY WAS GOOD. ROOM WAS FINE, STAFF FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. VERY CLEAN.

Good Points: Clean facilities, coffee making capabilities, easy access to airport Bad Points: Some staff members did not understand English very well, but at least they made the effort. General Review: Nice friendly pub atmosphere. Landlord very co-operative and friendly. Majority of staff went out of their way to try and accomodate us cordually. Would recommend to friends and collegues.
