On Saturday 5th September my wife and I decided after shopping that a coffee and something small to eat was what we needed. We shop quite often and have seen the queue before and decided not to bother, this time we joined the queue, from the moment I looked at my watch to the time my wife arrived with the coffee 42 minutes had passed. Yes a machine was not working but we should have been told of this. The staff seemed to be flapping around. I was told by someone else that this was normal, will I do it again, no. Had we been told that it would take this time we could have made a choice to stay or go.

Larger ladies ....forget it. We scoured the Owlcotes store for the tiny blue tags which indicate clothes to fit the bigger woman. What we found was that all the larger sizes have been merged in with everything else. We are not coy. We know we are bigger. We want to find sizes that fit us! At the Owlcotes store this took hours as there was no indication which ranges actually did bigger sizes. Result from two adults searching and a helpful assistant ~ About 50 garments were found with blue tags and ALL of then were size 24. Not one 26, 28 or 30 in sight. PLEASE stop being so daft. Either stop advertising clothes for sale up to size 30, or put them on sale in a section WE CAN IDENTIFY.
