We revisit Webbs whenever we are in Market Harborough, and sometimes make a special journey from Leicester. The friendly atmosphere and courteous service makes each occasion a delight....but the food is the prime reason for our regular pilgrimages! It is invariably tasty and well prepared, plentiful, and good value for money. Very occasionally the staff have shown signs of being victims of their success. In the hectic rush at lunchtimes they can understandably be forgetful or careless. All it needed is a polite reminder, and their good intentions ensure that the customer's needs are prioritised. They deserve support...and are most appreciative of compliments. They really care about us, and do their utmost to make each visit an enjoyable event. Deborah must have caught them on a very bad day....or is just being a pain, and exaggerating her experience.

What a fantastic place to have a very tasty meal and great coffee in nice surroundings. Something a bit different and worth a visit.

we were recommended webbs by a friend and we were not dissapointed. As my friend is vegetarian we often have difficulty finding restaurants that accomodate her but this wasnt the case here. the menu had several vegetarian options and the waitress was very accomodating to our dietry needs.we had an excellent meal in a lovely vibrant bistro and the cakes are to die for highly recommend !!

I visited Webb's for the first time with two work colleagues. Although the service was unrushed the waitress was very pleasant and the pitta breads and drinks we ordered were worth waiting for. When we went to pay however I have was astounded at the poor customer care we received. I have not encountered such rudeness and impatience in Market Harborough before. We will not be returning, despite the nice food, and we would certainly not recommend to anyone.
