we have just visited the carvery having not been for several months due to bad service/food. we thought we would give it another go as the menu had changed and it is local to us.we wished we hadnt bothered.ignored upon entering, slow service, awful wine-none chilled that we wanted- and what can i say about the food. both myself and partner had the carvery and our son a kids burger.we had to wait ages for his meal to turn upand as soon as it did went to the carvery bar for our meal.after waiting several minutes for the "chef" to appear we were told that yorkshires, sausages and potatoes would be out soon.our meat carved we had share 4 potatoes that had seen better days and a selection of not so good veg.we were told that we could come back for the missing food when it was ready. our son by this time had nearly eaten his meal sitting by himself. we were not approached when the missing food was ready. we ate and left and will not return.EVER
