Good Points: Friendly staff; owner/mamager sorted problem with boiler for radiators in the annexe promptly
Bad Points: No real bad points

Good Points: Friendly, comfortable hotel and within walking distance of the town centre.
Bad Points: Potential for noise from upstairs (if my colleague had been the noisier type!) and ability to hear conversations.
General review: No surprises, good value and a pleasant stay. The hotel rang just after my online booking to discuss my preferences, which I thought was very considerate.
