Myself, my wife and little girl, along with another couple and their two children, stayed in this lovely house recently. The owner communicated very well with us in the months leading up to our stay and arranging payment was done easily by electronic transfer. On arrival, the house was extremely clean and tidy. There was plenty of room and even the children had their own rooms. The owner had thought of providing almost everything a family would need during their stay, such as a high chair, plastic plates for little children and a BBQ. The house is located next to a quirky old steam railway which runs a couple of days in the summer months. This isn't noisy and doesn't affect you in any way. It was great to go on the old steam train to the next village. The owner kindly provides an information pack so you can plan your days out. We can recommend the Aviation Museum near Kirby and Rushmoor Country Park Farm, near Louth. I would recommend this accomodation to anyone wanting a quiet, relaxing holiday.
