Good Points: nice location
Bad Points: stuffy atmosphere, staff "looked down there noses" at customers
General review: setting was very good and locals in the area were very pleasent, atmosphere in the hotel was very poor

Good Points: My wife and I were very pleased with every aspect of the hotel from the staff, to the room, the dining room which was very pleasing, both to the eye, and service and food. Our cream tea on the lawn in the sun was simply awesome.
Bad Points: No bad points.
General review: Our stay was made very pleasing because of the lovely facilities, and staff doing their utmost to make us feel welcome. In the business of our lives we we do appreciate this.
