Good Points: Good overall facilities. Staff friendly. Easy bus access/supermarket access. Nice leisure club facilities. Bad Points: Room was dark, window wasn't very big and trees outside added to darkness of room. Heating turned off for Summer, this Summer is bad, we needed heat. Asked for heating, was promised heater but didn't turn up till we went back to reception. General review: Overall a good stay at a nice hotel. Some gripes but didn't spoil stay too much.

This place is dreadful and does not bear any resemblance to pictures on the web-site. It looks more like a well-worn Travel Inn and should be charging appropriate rates rather than the inflated prices they do actually charge. The rooms are small, gloomy and tired-looking; the staff are very unfriendly - particularly the reception girls, and room rates are shown above the reception desk that bear no relation to what you pay! Breakfast at £15pp is way too expensive! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, I couldn't wait to leave!
