Good Points: staff were courteous and helpful.
Bad Points: in need of some decoration

Good Points: Bedroom and shower room were clean and served their purpose, the staff (we only met two)were friendly and helpful
Bad Points: We were greeted with the news that they were short staffed mainly in the kitchen area, and this influenced our decision to eat eslewhere. Otherwise I can't think of any bad points.
General review: This was an overnight stay for my wife and I as I was running in the New Forest Half Marathon. It was convenient, in a nice location near the shops and bars, and the room was clean and well prepared. We will consider staying there again, it was an enjoyable stay and good value too.
