Good Points: Great food, reasonable priced rooms, easy parking (close), smoking patio with heated umbrella outside, nice ambience with music everywhere, pleasant and helpful staff
Bad Points: Room was always cold - insufficient heating system that was at maximum but still very poor, fire doors banging everytime anyone left
General review: Nice building, nice place, great people but just a few things let it down. Would not stay in room 103 again unless I fancy a night of cold and noisy insomnia

My husband and I stayed at the Ashbourne hotel attending our daughters wedding there.Every thing about the hotel, management and staff was absolutly brilliant.

Good Points: Friendly and considerate staff. Room clean and well decorated. Excellent breakfast in a very nice conservatory style breakfast room. Well tended garden. The courtyard was wonderful to sit in and relax. Pub style bar had loverly ambience. Top marks all round.

I was so impressedwith this pleasant, relaxing hotel. Our room was comfortable and it contained everything we needed. The food was great and there was a good choice on the menu, especially at breakfast time. The staff were friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. I wish we had been staying for longer and look forward to staying again when we are in the area. Thank you!

Hello what a lovely time we had at ashbourne hotel.we only stayed for one night for my husbands birthday .the meal was out of this world .the staff so friendly and chatty we had to eat in the bar has you had a wedding party on in the resturant .it made no diffrent to our stay.i took some photos when i get them sorted i will email them .many thanks Sharon & Dave Evans
