Good Points: We were late arriving (11.45pm) but the receptionist - Omar? - was very welcoming and helpful. Please thank him for us.
Breakfast next day was good, with a nice selection from which to help ourselves.
Bad Points: On Saturday morning, the lights in the hall outside the lift on the 3rd floor were not on, and my wife found this difficult as she has restricted sight and mobility.
General review: Very good - shsame it was only one night!

Good Points: Bar staff were very friendly. Everything else was ok.
Bad Points: Check in staff very abrupt to the point of being rude.

General review: The stay was entirely satisfactory. The food at Dinner was surpisingly good for a Holiday Inn!
