My daughter's wedding reception held at the Hermitage was a wonderful success owing to the amazing efforts of the hotel on our behalf. Although we deviated from their usual wedding menu every little detail was taken on board and the resulting meal was perfect in every way. The Toast Master is a treasure and the whole atmosphere relaxed and friendly. The dining room was set out beautifully and although I had been a little afraid it may appear a bit on the dark side, with all the candles lit it was fantastic and so cool after the heat of the sweltering Bank Holiday Saturday. I could not have wished for a better day.

Wonderful they cater for gluten intolerence and the food and service in the restaurant is excellent. However dont expect a lay in on Sunday morning - the maid was banging on our door just after 9:00 even though booking out was not until 11:00.
