Airport pickup. Not a great experience. Over charged, unaccountable, slack service. I try to use them to support a local firm but they do nothing to warrant loyalty & my patience has worn thin. Old-fashioned & dated set-up, gruff drivers no meters, no effort. As indicated in previous messages, I've a choice & I choose elsewhere, unfortunately.

Well Ms Shepard's tone I think sums it up.... To write a 'management response' in such a dismissive tone telling a client 'they are talking bull'..... Is not the professional standard I'd want and shows you clearly how they handle complaints: deny them and snap back! Just put me right off using them.

mr,h and mr,o are both talkin a load of bull. ive worked for holywood taxis for 8 years and hav never let any1 down for early morning bookings. as for hootin the horn, its never dunn at that time of the morn as wear not allowed. mr,h and mr,o get your facts right you idiots...

i use holywood taxis all the time, ive never had any bother with taxis. always on time and always get one early in the morning

Exactly the same thing for an early morning airport run happened to me. Apparently they rang the bell and my phone but neither rang...

Can't possibly reccommend ... tried to book an early morning cab for the airport, and they couldnt be bothered ... I have always used them, not any more..
