Awful service! Taxi booked which did not show up - when we phoned to query were advised taxi had been and gone! Clearly not true as we had been waiting outside for 30 mins in the cold waiting for it to arrive. Telephone staff (and supposed manager) very unhelpful when phoned to query - told no more taxis available for over an hour and no way they could accommodate even given the circumstances (i.e. their driver had failed to arrive!). Manager was very rude and suggested we use alternative taxi firm! We are local residents who use local taxi firms on a regular basis - as such very disappointed by the rude and very poor service received by Berwyn Taxis. Would suggest anyone to use alternative taxi company - 01978 861999 in future.

I used Berwyn Cars to go from Llangollen to Manchester airport. Great service and I would highly recommend them. It was a very pleasant taxi experience.
