Telephoned Dales taxis at the beginning of the week to arrange a texi for 5 people to go from Colwyn Heights to Signatures Restuarant in Conwy. Was given a price of £36 return. I asked if this was to be paid at the end or paid after each journey. The lady said 'which ever I wanted'. I therefore requested a taxi for 7pm on Thursday 18th April for a return journey as it was our 30th Wedding Anniversary (a very special occasion). We all waited outside but no taxi came so I came back into the house and phoned, spoke to a man who said that there he had no booking and that no vehicles were available.
This was the first time that we had used Dales Taxis as they had been recommended. We would not ever consider using them again as they are totally unreliable.
