99percent of drivers are polite and helpfull
the phone operators are very helpfull and polite.
there prices are just like every other taxi service in gala except them who cut there nose of to spite ther face.
wheelchair acsessable taxis are great.

I have used this firm for years and never had any problems.Their drivers have always been clean and tidy and very polite. As with every thing else the fares have gone up but as these are regulated by the local council there is not much can be done about it. My thanks to them all it us always a pleasure

taxis are never on time out off all the drivers i have had sent to me where dirty and there cars leave a lot to be desired only book if you are going to a funeral as the black cars make you feel as if you are going to one better avoid as they are pricey also
