City Cabs have by far the best customer services i have recieved from taxis in coventry. They personally took time to ring me to inform me of my booking and keeping me regularly up to date on my bookings. They have very polite staff with friendly, efficient service.
If i visit coventry, i will most definintly use them again.

on my recent visit to the city cabs office i was pleasantly surprised by the level of customer service and friendlyness of the staff members particularly their operator mr farrukh yousif who has a very bright future in this industry. His commitment to the job is second to none and he clearly outshone all his collegues, i would strongly recommend the public to use the city cabs taxi service as they are very effecient and thoroughly hard work and extremely pleasant; however avoid their operator mr afran mahmood who i found to be very abusive and uncooperative; also mr don dingle who works as the company marketing manager is a complete moron. in review of my experiences i would award this company a 6 out of 10.
