After charging my wife £8 for a 2 mile journey I phoned to query the price and was accused by them of lying or that my wife was a con artist. Disgusting attitude and customer service.

This has long been my preferred taxi cab company - they are helpful, on time, reliable and rescue women in distress.

Having been let down by several different companies in rugby i thought i would try people express. I work out of the country most of the year and travel backwards and forwards to various airports and people express taxis are always on time, courtious and more than willing to help, i would recommend them to anybody that wanted a reliable and prompt service. thank you people express.

Rang to book a taxi to take me to the station at 5.30 am because I was a lone female and did not want to compromise my safety between home and the station on my way to work. People express placed more value on their airport run than putting the safety and security of a lone female who needed to get to the station first thing in the morning! Pretty poor attitude really - so much for a 'community' service! Won't come back to you!

Taxi was booked a number of dfays in advance and confirmed for 19 15 From the Shieling to the Butchers arms Priors Hardwick. via Stockton. The driver arrived 15 minutes late because the address he had Was Toft house Dunchurch and only the name "Diana" He did not know Stockton crossroads or the location of the Butchers Arms. A pretty poor performance.
