We came down from Cumbria for the Bon Jovi concert at the Ricoh yesterday. Despite booking a cab with another company, we were let down, having given them more than 90 minutes. After waiting until 1am, recognising the transportation mayhem caused by the concert, I got your card from one of your drivers. Your lady dispatcher was most helpful and got us a cab in the promised 10-15 minutes. Your driver, I think Terry?, was most obliging and took us back to our hotel with ease. Thanks very much folks, it made a good end to possibly disastrous night. Bill
