Booked a taxi for my daughter to get to her new job at gatwick airport for training. Booked for 4.30am and at 4.55am taxi had still not arrived. Taxi driver rang to apologise and offered service for free but I had already arranged for an alternative taxi to take my daughter.
Very unreliable

This Taxi service is poor when it comes to time keeping. They arrived at the airport to take us home the day before we arrived. This was in spite of the details in their own confirmation letter to us.
My advice is DO NOT use them. They did not even have the decency to apologize.

the very best service always on time and very cheap for long distance we always use this taxi company
