Unbelievable the service we got for this company. 5 stars ****. We book the car service 4 1/2 months in advance and they arrived on time in both occasions. A very professional member of staff called Linda booked the service. They are professional committed and with something very useful called common sense (You do not get common sense on EBay or Online so you most bourn with it). It is not easy travelling with young children and you know when you get a cab service which can’t speak English, arrive late, don’t know the way specially with the existing technology like satenave. I do recommend. Kind regards.

Taxi smelled strange and driver was unsure of address I gave him, had to check with his office for directions.
Bad company, would not use again.

excellent thru and thru well done united i have used them for years...ignore the negative comments...united cars are the best in town !!!!

They turn up 10 minutes early and bib you. If you don't appear within a minute or 2, they leave.

I am a manager of a local hotel and we have been using United Cars to transport our guests to and from the airport for many years.
I cannot speak more highly of them, their drivers are courteous and on time unless there is a major hold up which is very rare as they aim to be here on time if not a few minutes before.
From my hotel's point of view they are the best and we would not consider going elsewhere

Absolutely TERRIBLE service. My girlfriend booked a taxi by telephone for this morning at 7.30am. She had to pre-pay by giving her credit card details. At 7.22am she turned off the tv in her hotel room and went downstairs to wait outside. When the taxi didn't turn up at 7.30 as requested, she telephoned and was told that the taxi had been at 7.20 but she wasn't there so it had gone. Despite being outside at the correct time, my girlfriend was CHARGED the fee and had to book another taxi with someone else. I would definitely NOT recommend this company.
