Good Points: Leaving the next morning! Bad Points: Here goes:- The ensuite bathroom was a disabled facility. The toilet valve was making such loud noises when filling with water, it could be heard down the corridor. The toilet seat was cracked and not very clean. Part of the ceiling was hanging down revealing all the services above. The bath panel was not installed properly. There was some mould between the bath and tiles. When we asked to relocate to another room, we were told no, the hotel is full. The evening meal was very disappointing. The potato nest containing the starter was in pieces, cold and tasted stale. The steak was tough. The potatoes were microwaved to perfection i.e. scalding hot, the carrots were harder than al-dente should be. The courgettes were mush. We were not advised that one portion of vegetables was more than enough for two people. We did complain to the waiter, who just gave us a complaint form to fill in. Which we did and left at the reception desk the next morning. The receptionist did not ask if everything was to our satisfaction nor did she ask if we enjoyed our stay. General review: Disappointing and depressing.
