Not only did the driver not turn up, but when questioned the office staff were rude and discourteous. In one word, these people are cowboys! I will never use them again.

We have used Belfry Cars for the past 10 years, but sadly today was our last fare with this company.
In August 2010 my Mother used Belfry for a journey from Kingswood to Enfield via the M25 at a cost of £75.00.
One month later, today (19/9/2010) she was charged £109.00. When she questioned the fare she was told that as a gesture of goodwill the fare would be lowered to £100.00 (they charge £1.50 per mile and informed me the journey was 75 miles). I have driven this exact route on numerous occasions and know for a fact the journey around the West side of the M25 is 65 miles. Had Mum taken the route through London it is 28 Miles and can take upto an hour longer, but Belfry would have charged only £35.00.
Mum has informed me the driver asked which way she normally travels and she told him it's a lot quicker around the M25 - not surprisingly he immediately agreed to her choice!
We will never use Belfry again.

What a wonderful company, telephonist was so friendly and polite. They went out of their way to help me, my daughter was stuck in croydon on her own in the snow they sent a cab to bring her home, thank god for people like belfry xxx

Fantastic service. Telephonist was so polite and helpful, giving perfect advice for when I should leave to get to the airport on time.
Driver was really helpful, his car was clean and tidy.
Would recommend to anyone.

This absolutely the worst service ever! Do not use this service at all costs.
- Overcharge
- Driver not aware of the roads
- Unprofessional and discourteous
I booked them for a trip and was assured they would send over one of their 'best' men.
Unfortunately the 'driver' couldn't even understand the information from the Navigator and when directed by passers by completely disregarded the advice.
I can only summarize that this driver has discredited Belfry.
Use at your own peril.
Don't be the next victim!
