This taxi service is the most appalling thing I've ever known. Rude and an absolute rip off. Trying to charge 30 from Newcastle under Lyme to Parkhall. Didn't tell me untill I got there, so I had pay. The taxi man was arrogant and argumentative. Never again.

Unbelievably shocking. Booked a taxi at 10:50 and was told they would be here for 11:30. It got to 11:40 so we rang again to be told they had rung a land line which wasnt even ours and they told us we'd cancelled it. We told them we hadnt given them a landline number so they sent out another taxi. When once again this was 10minutes late we rang to find out exactly the same had happened!! Our night was ruined as we were over an hour late. But after ringing roseville taxis they were there with 10minutes. Would never use castle cabs again.
