I would never recommend this taxi company to a friend or relative. they are totally unprofessional.
ordered a taxi this morning for work with my partner. it was 15 mins late so we phoned to see where they were, were told stuck in traffic. phoned again and told they didnt know where he was. 45 mins later were told the taxi had come out but was called back as they were busy.... thanks.. made both myself and my partner an hour late for work. we were given no apology for this
