Fastlane has no respect for customers, I called them and told them to ring the buzzer, they did not do that,so left after waiting for less than 3 minutes, called and asked them to come back and a big load of misunderstanding.... 10 minutes later called them again and the guy (a very very rude receptionist) told me 'tough' and hung up on me... I called again and he without any explanations started to yell at me and said 'do not waste my time'. I think this is absolutely unacceptable as they charge a lot more than other companies to at least be responsive.
I have deleted them from my phone book and indeed tough for them cause they have lost a very valuable customer....

name and shame taxi driver of MX03 UAC throwing empty cigarette packet out of window at 16:50 in city centre. next time I see you do that I will ram it down your throat you litter bug.
You make a living off this city so respect it!
did you just think nobody was going to say anything? your in a licensed cab for goodness sake!
