I booked a taxi in good faith for 2.30am I was catching a bus to London and missing it was not an option. At 2.45 the taxi still hadn't materialised and the driver it turns out was quite far away and lost. Whilst trying to explain that they had caused me to miss my bus they hung up on me and wouldn't answer the phone. Thanks to them I had to buy a very expensive train ticket. I will never use this firm again.
