On 1st may 2009 my wife and I were part of the wedding party to celebrate the marriage of Jonathan Richardson and Kylie Batchford. We had never been to Morley Hayes and were unsure of what to expect even though we had heard good reports about the hotel. On arriving at reception any misgivings we had about the place were dismissed as I've always maintained a reception will give you the feel of the place. From the first check in I was struck with the friendliness and courtesy of the staff. The room we used (room 103) is superb. The food served to us was delicious and served by very efficient staff. My wife has to use a wheelchair which was booked for us. Whenever we needed assistance a member of the staff was readily available and only too willing to assist us. The facilities offered by you were unequalled and I've used hotels quite a lot. The breakfast in the morning was well cooked and served hot, again by friendly staff. I expected for an establishment such as yours to pay a lot more for drinks so I was pleasantly surprised at what I believe are reasonable charges. All in all it made for a memorable event. I have to say the attitude and professionalism of your staff is a credit to your organisation. Should I get the chance I use Morley Hayes hotel again and I would certainly recommend you to any friends who ask what I thought of the hotel and its facilities. Barry & Georgina Morrison
