My large group of friend and I use ASAP cars whenever we travel between each others homes. Tonight at 12.15 am Icalled for a car and the lady who usually answerswas not there and a man answered the phone. He told me to hang on while he shouted and swore at one of your drivers about a "Queensland Road" pick up or drop off. This sturn talking to took a few minutes while I waited and listened. Eventually when he decided to talk to me he told me he couldn't pick up from Aldgate. This is the first time that ASAP have been unable to pick up from my flat in Aldgate. Usually we would use ASAP from Manor House which is fruther from Islington than Aldgate. I think that you need to deal with this guy, because we have never had this problem with ASAP before. We ended up having to use Addison Lee. If we ever get this treatment again all my friends and I will never be using ASAP again.
