I have used this company twice in the past week and I must admit I was astounded by the service. I had given up using car services such as this due to bad service and used London Taxis for a long time but now I shall only be using Westferry Cars. The drivers were polite and helpful and made my journey a joy.
I thought all car companies in East London were rude and provided a bad service..until now! I shall be recommending Westferry to all my work colleagues.

I have been using Westferry Cars on a regular basis since the company first opened.
I have always found the drivers to be very helpful and friendly. The cars are nice and clean and never old..which makes a great change from some of the other companies around. I've used all the cab companies in the same area and none measure up to the service of Westferry cars.
One of the best..if not THE best cab companies in London.

I have used Westferry Cars on a number of occasions, and have always found their service, and staff to be very courteous and efficent, and reliable, unlike a lot of cab offices in the E14 area, this is one of the more efficient ones and I will continue to only use this office.

The driver was very rude, accusing me because HE went to the wrong address first to pick me up. He then continued to be rude saying my destination was in walking distance. He then proceeded to overcharge me for the journey. Thankfully this is unusual of Westferry cars but I will consider using someone else in future

I use westferry cars, on a regular basis, and have always found thier service effecient and friendly, and the controllers helpful.

Picked up 05.30hrs, ontime, in clean, late model Ford. Excellent service, recommended.
