I was visiting friends that had just moved to the road beside the pub and now I would love to be able to have a local pub like the Swan. Had a lovely roast beef and my friends had enormous big burgers with lovely fillings. The staff were lovely and it was very clean and professinal. We met the manager and was very impressed with her approach. Cannot wait to visit my friends again .

I been to The Swan quite a few times because the sitting in their beer garden in the sun always seems appealing. Each time I hope the service will be better and each time I am bitterly disappointed. The manager or owner or whatever she claims to be seems to HATE customers with a passion. Each time I have gone I have been treated with such contempt for wanting to order something as simple as a pint and some food. Customer service is definitely not The Swans strong point and neither is the food which could be quite nice if it ever made it to your table hot, I would settle for warm but on all four occassions it has been virtually cold. 0/10
